- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Apply or issue working visa, exit permit ,residence permit ,employment contract through metrash and moi.gov.qa
- Payroll preparations WPS
- Maintain electronic and hard copy of filing system/
- Perform Data entry.
- Response public inquiries.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts,memos and emails.
- Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Kept records of invoices and support documents.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Advertising real estate property in Doha.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Scheduled and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers.
- Stamps or numbers forms by hand or machine.
