Business Development Manager Jobs Vacancy in Company Doha Jobs Details:

Delivery of agreed client project work on time, to budget and agreed quality standards
  • Positive feedback from clients & colleagues, e.g. on working relationships
  • Accuracy and clarity of information passed to internal departments
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to deliver company target profit margins on revenue streams
  • Ability to provide effective feedback and constructive analysis on projects post the event
  • Development of additional revenue streams within existing accounts
  • Delegation skills and the ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Effective use of resources and staff to support Company projects

To manage the day to day running of client accounts including external contacts and suppliers
  • Responsibility for on-time, high quality delivery of projects
  • Programme management ensuring the project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly
  • Developing Client business and innovating creative ideas to upsell into key accounts
  • Building strong and long lasting relationships with clients
  • Budget responsibility for project revenue streams
  • Compiling client proposals and responding on tenders, pitches and client negotiations
  • Management of contracts and client expectations
  • Maintaining good communication and reporting, externally with the client and supply chain, and internally within CSM LIVE QATAR
  • Team development and line management. Motivation, induction and leadership of project teams
  • Managing artwork, colour matching and the approval processes both with the client and production.
  • On occasions it may be necessary to attend site outside of normal working hours to ensure the smooth running of the installation

Arabic Speaker highly preferred
