As Manager Contracts Administration you will review and analyze various contracts ensuring maximum benefits with minimum exposure to risk. You will serve as the primary point of contact with internal and external parties in relation to contract management, contract compliance and contract issues, provide administration of the QAS procurement contracts, agreements and associated activities.
You will review and analyses all contracts while ensuring maximum benefit and minimum exposure to risk. Assure that operational performance of contractors is identified or corrected and assures that the performance of the contractors meet the service objectives of QAS. You will also manage all QAS Engineering contracts for the supply, external services and services provided to customers for maintenance, washing and fueling.
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferably in Business, Accounting or a related field.
You will have minimum of 7 years of job related experience, ideally in purchasing or contact management. This will include managerial skills with the ability to plan work, set clear direction and manage workflow. You will have experience of procurement, contracting, negotiations and be proficient in MS office applications.
