Assist the
Project Manager in the monitoring/ management of project contracts for Bin
Yousef Group - Tourism Services

Contract Analysis and Management Risk management Contract compliancy CoordinationPreparation of reports/presentations

Assist the Project Manager in establishing
and maintaining sub-contractor and client relationship, representing Bin
Yousef Group - Tourism Services. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor
and track progress. Liaise with necessary parties to collate
information to assist with monthly review of progress, budget resources
and planning.Chair/ attend meetings with client and sub-contractor on behalf of the Project manager as and when required and
notify management of any need for intervention.Assist in the resolution of contract-related
issues both internally and externally.Review and notify management of any changes
to project scope, schedule or cost. Manage record keeping of all contract
related correspondence and documentation.Prepare reports and presentations related to
project for client/ internal senior management as and when required. Liaise with lawyers as and when necessary.
